The National EDSA Organization has found that participating EDSA members in grades 5 to 12 are challenged to develop critical thinking and effective decision-making skills, foster teamwork, and promote communication while recognizing the value of ethical competition and individual achievement through our Leadership and Career Development Events. Our events occur at the local, state, and national levels.
Our Development Events portal is the place to find information about our various career development and leardership conference and work shop events.
EDSA members have the opportunity to participate in Career Development Events at the local, state, and national level each year. These events are designed to allow students to put what they learn in the classroom to use in a hands-on environment that serves as an extention of the classroom. Events range from job interview and public speaking events to mechanics and science related events.
